If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please report them within 48 hours of delivery and provide pictures of the packing slip and items received. We will review your claim for approval. If approved, we will then assist you in correcting the issue.
We accept returns only for unopened and unused CBD products within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and verify that the item is unopened and untampered with, we may issue a refund for that item. You are responsible for shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
