Shipping Policy
We process orders on a first-come, first-serve basis, and it usually takes 24 to 72 hours to process orders. Our processing hours are from 9:30 AM to 4 PM CST on weekdays. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or US federal holidays.
We only sell and ship to the continental U.S. and Hawaii excluding Idaho.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $50 shipping to the US.
Shipping times may vary depending on the recipient’s location, but usually take two to five business days after processing. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, backorders, or general postal service performance issues.
When tracking a USPS package, please note that it may not show movement until it reaches its final destination. Rest assured that your package has been sent out if there is no scanning activity.
Please ensure that you carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing an order. If you submit an incorrect address, it may result in delayed delivery or returned packages. If your package is returned to Sweet Sensi due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not reship it until you pay the shipping fee.
If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please report them within 48 hours of delivery and provide pictures of the packing slip and items received. We will review your claim for approval. If approved, we will then assist you in correcting the issue.
We accept returns only for unopened and unused CBD products. Once we receive and verify that the item is unopened and untampered with, we may issue a refund for that item. You are responsible for shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
